February Goals/Challenge

Hello Everyone,

I was thinking with just 10 days left of January maybe we should start formulating some plans for a February Goal and/or Challenge. I have a couple of ideas of what I would like to do for February:

Incorporate more fruits and veggies to every meal
Do at least 10 minutes of Yoga every day
Increase water intake on weekends
Workout at least 3 days a week

My challenge is to lose 10 pounds (or at least 2 dress sizes)

I am not wasting any time I am starting now. What are your goals and or challenges? Want to do a group goal/challenge?

    Hi,

    My goals for February are pretty much the same;

    Do more exercise (at least 4 times per week)
    Drink more water on the weekends
    To loose 1kg each & every month from now on!

    I haven't checked this group in a while, but I love the February goals. I post monthly goals on my fridge. I'll join you guys in March. In the meantime, how's everyone doing with their goals???
