finally clicked

ok so i have looked my schedule over and where i was thinking i didnt have time i found a whole hour in my normal schedule to dedicate to me. ^_^ its finally clicking and im so excited that i cant wait to get home and use that time to work out i hope others can find that 1 hour a day too i know its hard to find but its there. maybe this can be a challange

    Good for you! I don't always get a whole hour, but I'm trying. Sometimes you have to break that hour up to fit it into your day. 30 minutes here, 10 minutes there, etc. As long as it gets done, right?

    I try to do my work-out in the morning if not it the morning right after work because if I do not I will find an excuse not to exercise.
