January 21, 2013 Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is to do 15 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of cardio, your choice what kind.

Let me know if anyone has problems with the challenges, so I know what you like/don't like, what you can do/can't do. Also let me know if you have challenge ideas :)

    We've had another challenge added. This week try a "new to you" exercise.

    Well, I did a "new to me" exercise. I did Leslie Sansone (I've done those videos before), but yesterday was the first day I used the video using YouTube! Now I have one less excuse to not exercise!!

    Great job!!

    Yesterday I did 15 minutes of stretching and only 10 minutes of cardio. By the time I finished my circuit training I was too exhausted to do more cardio. I did a new machine at the gym - the stand up calf raise machine. :( It's hard.

    Hi guys, I tried SPINNING yesterday!!! So new to me....I must admit I have to get used to the intensity of that work out!
