    only lost 1 pound this week. I travel for work, and it's messed up my schedule for working out and eating. Maybe next week will be better.

    Week 0 (Sunday 13th Jan): 138 lbs
    Week 1 (Sunday 20th Jan): 135 lbs

    i did cheat and weigh myself again this morning and the scales said I've put on 1 lb since Sunday, hoping this is water weight as I've not gone over my calorie count (1200) once in 2 weeks which is taking MASSIVE willpower.

    i lost 4 lb this week. but since taking the challenge when i made this account i have lost 11lb so im chuffed i reached goal for this challenge already :-)
