Week 3 Challenge 1 ~ 275 Bicycle Crunches

Ok, Ok, I wasn't going to volunteer on this only because I don't know what to put for the appropriate number for the week, but here goes!!!
Let's work on our abs this week. Here is a link to show you how to do a bicycle crunch:

I did 100 on Monday, so 275 for the week is probably a very realistic goal ~ maybe we should go higher???
I will NOT count that 100 as part of my total. I'll start today.

I totally did some yesterday in my CXWORX class but FORGOT to count them!!! UGH... Oh well... Those won't count towards this challenge. I'll do some tonight when I get home. Some on my FL has challenged me to do 500 this week!!! So, I have 100 to do per day! Stay tuned... :drinker:0

Ohhhh, I completed the challenge today.
Monday through Friday 60 each day, thought my tummy hurt yesterday, nope...my muscles were just sore :bigsmile:
