Week 3 Challenge (1/21 - 1/27)

Week 3 is here!!! Are you ladies noticing a difference yet??? I know I am although I was in slackerville this weekend....Lol. Here's the challenge for this week....keep in mind that you can do this week's challenge in any order you prefer with the exception of Thirsty Thursday.
Mon: add at least a 30 min walk or run to your day to earn an extra 30 pts!!
Tues: post ANY fitness news and earn 25 extra pts!!
Wed: keep your Calories, Carbs & Fat in the green to earn an extra 25 pts!!
Thirsty Thursday: at least 100 oz of water today only!!
Fri: 1 pt. for every minute of planks you do (Yes...again!!) plus 20 pts for doing this challenge!!
Sat: Earn 25 pts. if you reach out to someone on your friend list you haven't heard from in a while.
Sun: Earn 50 pts. if you post your weighin (weight and/or measurements) today!!
