It's that time again friends!!! Tell us about your weigh-in today!! Also...how much water will you drink today?

Here's my weigh-in information:

  • Today's weight was 205.8 (actually Monday that's my weigh day), that's 8 pounds since we started. I drank 12-8 ounce glasses today.

    Not much water but weigh in was 164.5! Down 5 pounds since the start!

    I'm planning to increase my water intake and actually drink the 8-10 glasses that are recommended. I didn't weight myself but I'm hoping to be 2lbs lighter.

    0.5 lbs less. Since my last check-in. Need to focus more on my diet. I did good anyway. Good job everyone

    I lost one pound this week, yay! Lol, better then nothing at all. And I will be drinking my normal 10 glasses of 8 oz water today. I'll try to do more but lets go to the normal first!

    Slow and steady! Hoping for a better loss next week. Starting to get into it now -- both exercising each day and eating better. As for water I'm hoping to get in the 8 glasses before I go to bed. So I'll be up all night. lol

  • Ugh. Today's weight is 183, the same as it was last week. After losing 131 pounds, I am down to losing about 2 pounds a month. I am frustrated with the scale and weight loss right now.

    On the up side, I drink 80 ounces of water every day, so at least I am well hydrated.
