I haven't seen any posts just recently, so i thought i'd check in and see how everyone is doing w/ their workout. I did day 3 of level 2 today...still kicking my a** with this level lol was a killer this morning :) Hope u are all still hangin in with me, we'll feel very proud of ourselves by the end.     today I start day 6 of level 1. Usually this workout isn't too bad, but last night I thought I was about to die! and I know it only gets worse when level 2 starts! I have been looking at all the pictures people post after 30 days & I hope I get results like everyone else! Its Motivational, makes you wanna keep going.

    Yeah, i would like to have even half those results :) I know what you mean tho, it seems even if its getting better for you, there are some days that are just more killer for u than others. today i was almost yelling by the time i was finished lmao!

    unfortunately i came down with a major headcold. i feel like i've been hit by a truck. I'm just listening to my body and will be spending the day in bed. But I'll tune into last night's biggest loser for some inspiration. stay well!

    On level 2 Day 4, these planks are a killer! I still can not get all the way through it. I pulled a muscle doing cardio - circuit 2 earlier, so I hope I feel better tomorrow.

    thats the best thing to do. if your sick, take it easy! you'll get back to it when u are at 100% :)

    Way to go everyone! I took a rest day today because yesterday while doing something during the workout i twisted my back. i did workout, just not the shred. tomorrow, will be right back at it tho!

    Thank you! Second day in bed. Feeling better today though, and bored. Can't wait to get moving again.

  • Iam in day 9 of week 1 excited to be moving to level 2! it is starting to get easier.
