3 weeks down!

I can't believe I've not smoked for almost 3 weeks. Some days it feels longer, other days it definitely doesn't!
The only cravings I'm struggling with now are after I've had a really good meal but I've taken to just sitting down, thinking about the meal, how all the flavours tasted together and I just think about this for as long as I need to until the craving passes.
How is everyone else getting on?

Sadly I am 2yrs smoke free and I still miss that after dinner smoke. it doesn't hurt like it did in the beginning but still feel like something is missing. Keep up the good work it is so worth it!0

Well done!
I decided after 3 weeks of no drinking and no smoking to have a blow out this weekend as I was going out to a gig at a pub - I had a pack of 20s over a couple of days and noticed that:
1. my tongue felt swollen
2. I got a cough pretty much within a couple of hours
3.I didn't sleep well; and
4. the worst part was that a couple of days afterwards I have brushed my teeth numerous times but can still 'taste' the chemicals and they taste disgusting!
All in all enough to put me off for another month I should think!0 -
The after dinner cigarette and the cigarette while I have a drink in my hand cravings have pretty much subsided. Every once in a while, like once every 2 weeks, I will have a craving, it lasts a minute or two, then passes. I quit about 7 months ago and don't regret it for a second!0
