I was already 1 day in when i joined, but I missed a day. (Actually I missed another day, but did the workout twice the following day to compensate)
Definitely getting better at it, although I'm not using heavy weights- might wear a light pair of wrist weights in addition to the weights I've been using.
I love the feeling after the workout! Some slight niggles I had when I started e.g weak knees, shoulder twinges, etc are actually much much better now.
Looking forward to starting level 2 on Monday; had a quick peek at it and it looks to be a killer!
Keep up the good work ladies - it's got to be worth it, although my tape measure doesn't seem to realise how hard I've been working. Bah!

It's just as bad as it sounds. I don't exactly ache but feel as though I'm wading through treacle. Perhaps you start tomorrow? Looking forward to hearing what you think of it!
I wish i could say I've lost weight, inches, ANYTHING! maybe it's still too early in the programme.
Just off to do day 3 now!0
