Week 3 - Weigh in

Sorry! I have to admit I fell off the wagon but I have been eating less and somehow lost 3lbs?????

Anyway! Time to find out if those pounds are shredding!

    Also had a pretty crap week, only did one day of intense fitness! :/

    Start weight = 182lbs
    Previous weight = 176lbs
    Current weight = 176lbs

    = No change

    Measurements

    = Lost an inch off love handles
    = Lost 2.5 inches off waist!!

  • Wow. Really bad week. It is that time of the month and is the first time since baby was born. I have eaten fairly well considering. Ok here goes my weigh in -

    PW - 168
    CW - 168
    GW - 165 (my next target)

    It might not have been a good week but I know this week is a new week and am feeling a bit better so hoping it will bring some good results too.

  • Im afraid to weigh myself because Im scared how much I will weigh, I just got a membership at Goodlife and I keep not going because Im scared of that scale. We dont have one at home. I will go Friday though because I'm going with friends but today I measured myself :

    Starting measurements(and current) :
    Bust: 38 inches
    Waist: 32 inches
    Hips: 41 inches

    Goal (my wedding dress that I bought last summer)
    Bust: 34
    Waist: 25
    Hips: 36

    So I am currently a size 13 and need to fit into a size 4 wedding dress by August 24th this summer!

    PW 200 lbs when I started MFP in Sept 1012
    CW 185.5 lbs
    GW 125 - 130 lbs

    Gained some this week as yesterday was our anniversary and we went to Olive Garden and ate delicious dinner and desserts. Next Monday is my birthday so it's another free day for me. I will have to try harder next week to stay on track.

    No change on my end, but I wasn't very good about keeping up with things, cause it'd been a really stressful week with work. This week will have to be better.
