Hey Guys

Wow week 3 already...... Phew time flies by when we are having fun huh....

By now I am sure many of us have some pretty amazing NSV's under our belt... Who wants to go ahead and share some?

Here is the link. I tried it myself not signed in on another computer and it worked great for me... Let me know if it doesn't

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtCpE8hMntdgdGR6bl9NSktON0h5ZmUtdGltMTYxY2c

I will post the mini challenge for this week here in a couple min...

Keep up your amazing work guys :)

    Yes it works!! Thank you!

I guess my NSV this week came out of a massive fail - I had a huge binge on Friday (I'm talking 3000+ cals) and so because of this I went to the gym on Saturday prepared to kill it and I did!! I managed 60 min body pump class, I did c25k week 3 days 1 AND 2, 15 mins on the cross trainer and 10 on the bike.

So my NSV was realising that I've got so much fitter over the past few months that I was able to do all that!!

I hope everyone has a great week, and ill be weighing in on Friday :)
  • I works great!

    Thank you

I'm supposed to be weighing in today but think I'll wait till Friday. Bad weekend once again so I put away my scale lol. I weigh in Friday for another challenge anyway.

No worries girl.... I like weighing in the end of the week... It keeps me good through out the weekend.. My struggle are the weekends.. But thankfully I was able to semi stay afloat and not gain.. I know you will do great this week. :)
  • Thanks for putting so much work in to the spreadsheet, it works for me now! yay!

I have a stomach bug, so my weigh in may be *off,* ya know? I'll weigh in on Friday most likely.

Took a rest weekend as I was experiencing some pain around the tops of my ankles from running, stretching and lifting. Anyway, back at it this week, no change in the weight. Ran again today with no drop off from the rest.

Hey i just wanted to say thanks for all your hard work on getting this spreadsheet up. I was feeling kinda discouraged because i hadnt lost anything in a few days despite being "good", then i went on here and had a look at the spreadsheet. I lost 4lbs in the first week! Thats a lot and i suppose its all leveling out a bit now, and atleast each week has been a loss, even if minimal. My point is just seeing my progress on the spreadsheet helped give me a "big picture" perspective so thanks again for all your hard for in putting this group together, i really appreciate it.
  • Really nice work on the spreadsheet!

Hey everyone :) this week has been ok for me. I got several compliments this week on my weight loss so far, so I'm feelinggood.

(sorry but I can't remember exactly what i weighed in last week, but I think I'm down 1 or 2 this week from last.)

Best of luck in week four everybody!

Hey guys, I noticed quite a lot of errors in the spreadsheet (it looks like some cells were taken out & moved, so people had data on the row below with some fixed and others not & there was also some info in the threads not included, so I've amended and think it's correct now.

If I amended anything that was correct in error, I'm apologise wholeheartedly!

    Thanks for doing that :)

There's far fewer people posting than were here to begin with - did we lose a few?!

Anyway everyone is doing such a good job so keep it up :)

Yep, lost quite a few - some never started and even some on the spreadsheet who posted a couple of weigh ins are no longer members of the group - others are actually filling out data on the spreadsheet without posting it in the thread so it looks worse than it is.

Frankly that's the problem with challenges starting at the same time as ill-fated New Years Resolutions :D
