Morning Ladies!

Today's challenge is to do 30 minutes of any kind of workout you like. Let's also do 10 minutes of stretching to keep us injury free :) And, I challenge everyone to leave a post this evening about how their day went.

    Great- mine will be later in the day - have lots of things on the schedule today - did do stretching this morning - make me feel good to start the day. I'll post later.

    Did 26 minutes of C25K, 2 minutes on the bike and 4 minutes of general aerobic activity on top of all the walking I did at work last night!

    Yesterday I went for a 45 minute walk. After talking to my mom I needed to cool off and collect my thoughts. I didn't get my stretching in but I'm glad I got a walk in.
