Hooooraaay *does cartwheel*. I just got my shipment email. Im waaay to excited. My honey got me dumbbells & i was so giddy. Lol cant wait to put all this stuff to use.

I havent used a scale. Im more focused on the results oppose to my weight. Ill check that AFTER i see im shrinking.


Have a great work out as well as a great day ladies.

BTW: I created a new IG acct. to track my journey. MYLF_under_construction

    Just joined the group feel free to friend me or follow me on ig krystleklearfit. My DVD is shipped and on its way I can't wait to start especially the meal plan I think this just what I need to take my routine to the next level to reach my goals.

    My shipment was on the way 1/31/13 and I still have yet to receive it.
