Pole Progress (potentially picture heavy)

Hi guys,
I had a look through the group and saw that there were no threads where we could post pictures of our progress, or maybe pictures of moves that we really want to achieve...?
I thought it would be nice to have somewhere to get further support and advice from outside our classes.
The latest move I cracked was this morning and was the cross knee release, it has been the one move that has bugged me so much as everyone around me got it and I couldn't and I always thought it looked amazing! I don't think mine looks as good as everyone else in my class, but that's probably because they've had months of refining it! Still pleased with the fact I finally did it!

I love this idea!! I'd just been thinking something similar, since there's a thread devoted to bikini pics and shirtless dudes, why shouldn't there be one devoted to pole moves?
Great idea chica :-)
I'll get some photos moved over to photobucket in the near future and post them here!0 -
Fab Idea! Will get some pics up...0

First off a Work In progress:
And then a something. It started as a Q Seat (from a Z), but I dropped it into this...
Working on more leg strength and stretch at present - challenging combos and trying to get my love for pole back...0 -

Haven't posted in here in a while so thought I'd make an update of photos!
I cracked the flatline scorpio quite a while back, but I haven't ahd the chance to take a really good picture, but last night I had a really good, and really strong session so was able to hold the position long enough for my boyfriend to take a photo!

I still have trouble lifting my body back up using just my abs.. I have to grab the pole under me, or grab onto my legs to help pull myself up.
This one I have yet to pull my legs back onto the pole, to get off that way.. So far have just been able to unhook my ankle and cart out.
This one I am really happy about. Aysha was one of the tricks, that from the start of my pole dancing, I really wanted to learn. Its about 50/50 that Im able to hook my legs back to the pole to come out, otherwise I cart over.0 -

Knee hold... this one hurts me alot .. I can only hold it for maybe 5 seconds so far. But like all the other pole moves that start off painful Im sure I'll get used to this one too.
I did a successful cocoon today! Definitely going to start working more on my flexibility now to really perfect this one.0 -

So wasn't expecting to get butterfly today (or even work on it) but once I did it came surprisingly easy. I did a couple better ones, but didn't get a pic of it.
