I recently had kombucha and I am embarrassed I never tried it sooner..its so good! I found a homebrew kit from Kombucha Brooklyn if anyone is interested, for $39 down from $65: http://fab.com/sale/16059/vr4kg1?fref=sale-invite-tw
I had seen homebrew kits before that were super elaborate and super pricey, but this one seems very simple and is definitely affordable. And yes, it comes with the scoby
I just ordered it a couple hours ago and they have already shipped it out.
Just thought I would share in case anyone was interested in brewing their own 'buch

I was drooling over the one on nomnompaleo but can't justify shelling out that kind of cash on something I may fail miserably at. This seemed like a great alternative.0

I would totally try this but I can't find it on fab.com. The link you gave directs to a generic fab.com, home page, a search on their site yielded zero results for kombucha, googling it took me to a dead listing from 10 months ago...I don't know why I am having trouble, LOL, I know it has to be me! Anyway, my husband just told me we should invest in a starter kit because the $3 per bottle is starting to add up.0

Weird! You can sign up through this link: http://fab.com/vr4kg1 and then the link to the product is http://fab.com/sale/16059/product/90697. I wonder if they're getting low so they've taken off the regular pages?
A side note: If you check the Foodie shop (click Kitchen, then Foodie)...TONSSSS of freerange meats and crates of fruit. Looks like some kale chips and stuff too though I haven't checked those out yet so I'm not sure what they're seasoned with..0 -
Yay, the direct link did it! Thanks! I was signed in when I couldn't find it, so bizarre.0
