:blushing: okay here goes. I have a 2L container of milk. I want to be able to add either 1 tbsp/10mL to my food diary and/or 1 cup/250mL to my diary. However, the 'my meal' does not allow me to do this without a breakdown of how many servings there is in this 2L container of milk. I'm unable to figure that out. Need help !!
To explain further - I like to add a tbsp of milk to my tea or just drink one cup of milk this is why I need this breakdowns.

135 tbsp in a 2L container. The chart linked below says that a tablespoon is 14.79 mL
