JM DVD Workout Descriptions?

Hi, everyone!

I'm a big Jillian Michaels fan and have done 30DS, NMTZ and Extreme Shred. I'd like to eventually try out some of her other DVD's and was wondering if anyone can give me some brief descriptions/comparisons of Ripped in 30, 6 Week Six-Pack and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism?

I am not trying to lose any more weight, but would like to get more fit and tone (lose the love handles and trim up my belly).

    I can't give a comparison, but I'm also not trying to lose weight and just want to lose fat in/tone up my stomach. I've been doing 6W6P for 5 days and already notice a difference. The high intensity cardio she mixes in with the core work has been getting rid of the stomach fat that I've never seemed to be able to get rid of. I've also been trying to eat more protein and fiber which is probably doing its part to help as well. Good luck!!
