    UPDATE: I made this today without the lemon. It tasked like custard. I very much enjoyed it. I think it would be a great breakfast treat!

    I made it without lemon and it still turned out great! I topped it with berries and almond meal after it cooled in the fridge. Just like a mini cheesecake :-)

    made it a week or so ago... I need to really blend the stuff better because it was a little dry or what not. HOWEVER you know what made it even better? Making your own heavy whipped cream and let it be a bit runny and then put it on there.... OH MY! So good!
