I am starting a pretty crazy scary schedule on Monday. I have been doing great at waking up at the *kitten* crack of dawn to go the gym and get my workouts in. I know I can def. keep up 5 days a week but some weeks, I don't think I'll be able to do the 6 days/week. If those weeks come, I'm thinking of two options: 1) cut out a leg day (since there are 2 legs days a week) OR 2) Just keep going with the program but latch on an extra day to the next week (so that would take me longer to finish the program. I would prefer option #2 but let me know what everyone thinks! Like I said, I am hoping this doesn't happen but I want to be prepared just in case I fall short!

I would double up workouts and cut the cardio (yeah, I'm a rebel). For example adding arms or shoulders to leg day since the shoulder workouts don't take as long and you don't have to do cardio on leg day anyway. I wouldn't cut a leg day since that is where a lot of the larger muscles are that will help you burn more calories0 -
I have had to double up the workouts this week because of my vaca but doubling up means 90 mins in the gym at rush hour! I don't have option of early morning workouts. I think I decided I'm not going to stress about week five being done IN week 5 so much and just keep on moving ahead in order. If I get a little behind, then fine..so be it. I'd rather not skip a workout because I will feel like I really haven't completed the program. That being said, I'll continue taking my progress pics in the week that I workout to keep things accurate.0

I have double up as well before. A friend of mine that did it told me I could take out a day since there are 2 legs days. I have done that before and just try to go out for a walk or something on that day. I have been off now for 2 weeks! I feel so bad about it all! I am feeling better but my husband has had strep for 3 days and it has been a bad one. Hoping to be back to killing it next week.0

I've decided that this is a lifestyle not just the program that I'm doing so if I miss a day I'm just adding it onto the next week. If I have time I would double up work outs but that isn't always going to happen.0

Good plan. This IS a new lifestyle. It'll take some getting used to, but just doing it is a step in the right direction.0
