Sorry everyone that I didn't post a challenge this week I have been SWAMPED because school started back and on top of that I had to fulfill continuing ed credits to maintain my real estate license. Next week things get back to normal so we will get right back on track. In other news I had 300 days logged in and then I forgot to log in on the first day of school! I was running all around that day trying to get work done before school started and get there early enough to get a parking spot... blah blah blah. I do remember sitting in the commons waiting for my next class to start and trying to get on MFP to see what everyone was up to but I didn't have a signal and I forgot to try again! So I am back to the beginning and I have decided to use it as a fresh start. I have been in a funk for a while and gained most of the weight I had lost back so this is the first week in a loooooong time that I have been logging consistently. I can feel myself waking back up which is a relief because I definitely don't want to keep gaining. Although I still grab a snack at fast food I am making good progress in cutting back on eating out. It had gotten out of control again. I have actually started losing some of it back! Yay! Anyways I hope you are all having a good week so far the board has gotten kinda quiet again. Feel encouraged to check in and start a conversation we all have struggles and triumphs to share.

Hey Melissa!
I am glad you are using it as a fresh starting point! I have seen you working at getting your mojo back! May this be the ticket.
I am getting back slowly, got all lazy and stuff over the holidays.
We are doing a Biggest Loser competition at work this month, and that is helping push me to being more diligent. And the water aerobics is definitely helping to firm things up and reshape them.
A big hello to any newbies, and the tried and true----pop in and say hello!0 -
Hi Melissa
I am glad you are sticking it out. Don't give in or give up. I have learned so much over the course of this past year and the one thing I have learned is that little steps lead to big gains. It may be taking longer than I would like but I can see the difference. I know how frustrating it is to have gained the weight back, but you lost it once you can lose it again and keep going!
Please hang in there together.. Because as a very wise woman once said, "We can do this!"0
