HIIT 100s

So, I’m on the second week of this program and wanted to see if anyone else has/is doing it. It's a 6 week program, with 1 rest day a week. Your basically working every body part twice a week and the rest periods for the main lifts decrease every week from 60seconds to no rest.

    I'm on week 4. Definitely FEEL every muscle group I work, but for me, adding a serious cardio component was necessary. I've lost about 7 pounds and feel great. I'll probably do two more of these before I move on. Thumbs up so far.
