Diary settings: carb tracking

The food diary does not track net carbs so it always looks like I've gone over on my carbs. How do you track your daily carbs in your diary? Are you supposed to subtract fiber from carbs? Do you just set your daily carbs higher? Help. Thanks.

I set my own macros, and I usually have my carbs set around 10% (right now, that's 19 grams). I subtract the fiber from my carbs, but honestly, if my carbs are coming from veggies, I don't much worry about it. I really only watch the carbs that come from other foods.0

When I search for items, I add the word "carbs" in the box. It pulls up all the items with net carbs or adjusted carbs. There are many items that people have put in the database that they have already subtracted the fibre from. There are many items that has no adjusted carbs, like butter, with no carbs, or sugar with no fibre. But this has helped me and I do keep up with ALL my net carbs, even those from veggies. I'm too OCD to not count every one! Good luck!0
