I guess... just a very short summary about me in terms of fitness.
I have always been active in sports for most of my life. Mainly baseball, and early around my 17 years old started lifting weights.
Had a couple of amateur bodybuilding competitions, that at least, if nothing else were a good experience for me.
I stopped most sports and other fitness activities for about 12 years after I got married. I did have recreational sports sporadically but never got back in a routine.
I decided to get back to the gym around 3 years ago. Since then I am trying to reach goals that I have always dreamed with when I was younger, such as, looking muscular, nice abs definition and somewhat above average. That's my quest at the moment.
I have never had weight problems per say as to been overweight, but it is part of a struggle to gain muscle mass for that reason.
