Well it's Friday here, so here I go:
SW: 134
Week1 : 133
Week 2: 130.8
Lost 2.2lb this week and 3.2lb in total! Almost half way there and it's only week 2) (I have a week away travelling soon though, ugh that might undo all my hard work!!)
Good thing about this week, I am only 0.8lb away from my goal!! Although now I'm here I think I need to revise and settle somewhere between 120 and 125. Bad thing about this week: I went away with my parent's for the weekend and then wasn't able to arrange childcare for my son on Mon, Tues or Weds, which meant I missed the gym and had to workout at home. I exceeded my estimated gym burn at home though, so that's good at least!0 -

Total competition loss 3
Snow hampered a lot of things like walking & getting to the gym, so I ate a WHOLE box of After Eights on Sunday to compensate :laugh:

Huh! The plateau seems to be shifting at long last. ...Because of my current motivation levels, staying in the green seems to be relatively effortless - like it's just become my lifestyle. I know this isn't always the case, but it sure feels great to see my body changing again.0 -

I am still losing! I cannot believe it. I have been exremely active, painting, staining, sanding and doing other house projects. Only officially working out a few times a week. Rain has also prevented me from running. So step aerobics a few times, and my fiance take multi-tasking walks-to get pizza, or walk to a friends house, or to pick up groceries. So I am losing still. I am very close, and one lb and I am in the "teens" of onederland. All of my clothes fit, skinny corduroys, and all. So that to me is the best NSV!

week 1 (1/18) weight = 187.2 pounds
week 2 (1/25) weight =184.4 pounds
I think my body finally decided it was going to let go of some of the weight. I need to get to the gym more and eat healthier so I can sustain this type of lose!0 -

I'm still on 137.4lbs. Not had such a good week. Ice and snow has hampered me. I have been going to the gym so that is good but my eating has not be in control over the last few days. I need to do better.0

I added you as a friend and sent 2 messages as well. I have SAD. Seasonal Affective Disorder also! I am living with sun during the winter now. But you can beat the symptoms by eating the best you can, and using a tanning bed(I know it is bad for the skin, but that always helped me) maybe only a couple times/week, if you can afford it!0 -
