This weeks challenge 1/28 through 2/3

I figure since this is the last week in the month of January and going into the new month of February, we need to go out with a bang!! This week's challenge is to get in 420 exercise minutes, that's at least an hour every day this week!! For some, this is nothing!! Let's do it!!

    YAY!!! It's on now!! I got my crew in on this challenge with me! I'm doing Turbo Fire tonight. I know it's going to kill me because I have only been doing Zumba, and Just Sweat 4 for over a month now!

    I'm gonna try my best, since I am recovering from severe bronchitis. But that is generally not a issue for me. I'm gonna give it my best shot. Have a blessed week.

    I decided to get in an extra workout after work yesterday. Here are my totals so far:

    Monday - 112 minutes
    Tuesday - 95 minutes

    213 left to go!

    Going to need the weather to straighten up so I can get outside for some runs to increase my workout time.

    I missed goal by 50 minutes...UGH!! I planned on getting my 50 Just Sweat 4 in yesterday but got thrown totally off schedule!! I will make goal next challenge!!
