I figure since this is the last week in the month of January and going into the new month of February, we need to go out with a bang!! This week's challenge is to get in 420 exercise minutes, that's at least an hour every day this week!! For some, this is nothing!! Let's do it!!

YAY!!! It's on now!! I got my crew in on this challenge with me! I'm doing Turbo Fire tonight. I know it's going to kill me because I have only been doing Zumba, and Just Sweat 4 for over a month now!0

I missed goal by 50 minutes...UGH!! I planned on getting my 50 Just Sweat 4 in yesterday but got thrown totally off schedule!! I will make goal next challenge!!0
