I can do sit ups/crunches, but the rest isn't good for someone who had a broken wrist. Im not strong enough to do one handed push-ups. I was trying to do modified ones of those at the beginning of last week, but dropped it after 3 days. I guess I'll stick to diet and more cardio, less strength training.0

Just did today's challenge.
I learned two things: 1) I can do sit-ups. It's a bit difficult due to a surgery I had a couple of years ago that left a weird sort of "bubble" on my rear end, but I can do them. For years I thought my sit-up days were over because my stomach was too big. I may stick to crunches though, because that "bubble" thingy hurts when I put too much pressure on it.
2) Planks suck. I kept hearing people complaining about them, but seeing pictures and videos, I was like, "That doesn't look so hard." Haha. I had to do the modified, on-the-knees version and that was tough enough.0 -

Thanks for the reminder I did the first three days today and since I am in a challenge to do 5 60s planks this worked well. But I did crunches instead of situps.0
