Which Geoff Neupert program?

Okay, I just purchased KB extreme by Geoff but I am wondering if another program would be better such as KB ultra or Burn 2.0. I currently go to a KB club which is amazing but would love a new program for home.
I love Geoff and his work. He is visiting the club soon (again) and I hope to train under him personally for a couple hours! But any advice is appreciated. Right now my goal is fat burn/loss. Second is strength. I have stalled on my fat loss yet I do continue having strength gains (started out with a 25lb swing now it's 45lb.) I need to concentrate on getting lean.

If you have not done Kettlebell Burn 2.0, I'd do that before Kettlebell Extreme unless you have a lot (meaning years) of experience with kettlebell training.
Kettlebell Express/Ultra is a collection of shorter term, less complicated programs. I have used some of them but mostly just for the purpose of perfecting certain moves, like the snatch. They are definitely good for fat loss if you choose the right size kettlebell. Heavy swings are great for fat loss.
But diet is the most important thing for fat loss. It doesn't really matter what you do in the gym if your diet is not in order. I haven't read Kettlebell Extreme, but I know Kettlebell Burn 2.0 goes into detail on how to eat properly for fat loss while doing these programs.
I am currently working on Kettlebell Strong. I think I'm a sucker for double kettlebell drills, and I never thought I would be. But I agree, Geoff is a great teacher.0 -
I love double complexes. Today I did double swings, cleans, and squats. Ugh. First half was TGUs for 15-20 mins as a ladder. 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1 etc. third half was just :30 in :30 off with swings for 14 rounds. It was a good day. I still have issues with squats where my knees want to cave. Today I practices with putting my toes on a board to help me keep my form.
I think I will get both burn 2.0 and Express. Doesn't hurt to own both I say! I know the owner of the club is a huge Geoff follower.0 -
I just purchased the Burn 2.0 and I am doing the math on all the nutritional values and it is MIND BOGGLING.. I am super heavy so they weight I am using to do the math is shocking me. I think I will still go under what he suggests as I went to a seminar with Danny Clark RKC and he did on the sly say sometimes women in particular shouldn't go above 2500calories a day unless they are really really training hard, like his wife was who would sometimes eat 2900 a day! (She was trying to do a competition).. Anyway. Just wanted to show my surprise!0

I know. The number of calories it said I should eat on training days was staggering, and I rarely got that high, but I tried to get as close as possible while still staying on target with my macros. I want to trust Geoff when it comes to the diet and rest day stuff, but it is so hard for me to accept that I can achieve the kind of fat loss I want only working out 40 minutes a day, 3 days a week, but I did get results doing Burn 2.0.
These days, I am doing roughly 20 minutes of strength training (barbell and kettlebell) with a 10-minute finisher 3 days a week and then two 2 days of 20-minute metabolic resistance sessions (mostly kettlebell but some bodyweight stuff). That, combined with a caloric deficit, was helping me break a plateau, but then I went to visit my boyfriend for a few days last week, and I am still trying to ditch the water weight I gained from that trip. If anything, it has taught me that consistency is key.0
