Breast feeding and calorie total

Maybe this is elsewhere on the site, but does anyone know if there is an extra calorie allowance for breast feeding? There is in other slimming groups. I looked for it in 'exercise'(!) but it's not there and I can't find a search function for it. I am exclusively BF a 14 week old

Hey there!
Check under foods. Just search breastfeeding and a few options will pop up. I record it every morning with breakfast so I don't forget!! GOod luck0 -
That's great. Thank you so much! I couldn't figure out how to count it either.
I just tried to add it and although it says -650 when I add it to my diary it comes up as 0 calories. What am I doing wrong?0
