Goal achieved!

The scale said 120.2 this morning, FINALLY! Now I have to figure out what will keep me there, AND try really hard to add some exercise to my sedentary lifestyle.

My next goals are to tone up, and to gradually get stricter on Paleo until I'm back to 100%. I also need to schedule a Dr. appointment to get a complete thyroid panel done since they've only been looking at my TSH. I want to be able to keep that fat OFF me.
