New Guy

I just wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Sean and I created an account this morning. I recently had a physical and was pretty astonished at my weight. I had blood work done and my fingers are crossed that every thing is still OK as far as Diabetes and other size related issues goes. I recently quit smoking so that has been a huge motivation for me to continue improving myself.

Yesterday was the first day in years that I did any exercise 'on purpose'. I also logged yesterdays food in the diary.

Looking forward to having an easy way to keep track of food and exercise. Having people to discuss things with also seems like it will be a huge help. I plan on updating my weight weekly and trying to stay involved on the message boards.
