Hey if you want to look like King Leonidus from 300 try this abs workout. I had to modify it to 350 reps so that if you wanted to do it everyday you'd reach your goal of 10,500. Here's a link for demos on each exercise: http://www.youmefit.com/2012/07/12/how-to-300-reps-abs/

20 Bicycle Crunches
30 Toe Touches
20 Reverse Crunches

Take a break...

15 Side Plank Hip Lifts (Right)

40 Russian Twists

30 Bicycle crunches
15 Oblique V-ups (Right)
20 Reverse Crunches
15 Oblique V-ups (Left)
20 Leg Lifts

  • A friend and I decided we are going to do this challenge, using this workout. Those Russian twists are killer!! And believe it or not...the toe touches & reverse crunches are where it gets super tough!! Going to do it all over today for DAY 2!! Thanks for posting!
