Hey there! Hopefully we can have a bit of a community to help out here!

I started keto 2 weeks ago, getting into the swing of things again. Hopefully tracking my calories with the smartphone app and seeing the progress will help me out. I've tried a few times in short bursts to do keto again (I originally went from 250 to 205 in 2.5 months) but I just haven't had the drive to commit as hard as I had before.

Aiming for 2lbs a week down right now until I hit 210.

    Hey there, and Hazard! I Hopefully this group will grow into something that can benefit the whole GAF weight loss community. But it looks like it has to start small for now.

    Accountability is key. I post all my runtastic stats to Facebook so that I feel obligated to keep it up, and and hopefully this will serve the same purpose with MFP.

    Started shedding the holiday blubber by running a mile at the crack of dawn this morning. Crunch time in the last month of the year!

    Off to Italy in two months to study abroad, and I definitely need to lose some before then. Calorie restriction + 2 days per week of IF + walks whenever it's not too cold out are what I'm going off of as of now

    3 weeks in. 4 lbs down.
    Less than I was targeting, but still a good start! GET ON IT BEFORE NEW YEARS!!
