I did les mils combat hiit power. It was good for weight training and plyometircs.0

OI VEY! I can only do 3 pushups right now! But I did 13 cheater pushups (on the knees) and then finished on the wall. UGH.
I did 15 minutes of jogging, 20 minutes brisk walking, and 15 minutes of P90X Yoga X. My abs HURT.0 -

Just saw this (1.29.13) since I seldom get on a computer when I'm not at work. But ironically I did do some push ups last night, but it wasn't any where near 25. It was more like 8, that's the most I can do the traditional way. Didn't do any on my knees.
My workout was BBL Bum Bum & Tummy Tuck! OUCH!0
