Growth Hormone

I understand Power lifts such as the dead lift and squat can boost growth hormone. I also recently discovered sprinting does the same (and is also a great leg builder, particularly those with stubborn calves). But are there any other exercises or changes I can make to my diet to encourage this process even further?!

No, trying to manipulate levels of either growth hormone or testosterone via exercise or meal timing/food choices is completely pointless.
We know that these cannot be increased naturally (i.e without injecting yourself with external hormones) to actually do anything.

For the most part I agree here. You can worry with meal timing and all of that, and make maybe a slight difference, but overall I don't think it's worth the time/effort.0 -
