this was from the lady who last year at this time weighed 220 pounds and wore a size 20W. what really meant a lot was checking my bmi to find I went from 30.9% obese to 29.8% overweight.

    That's soooooooo wonderful! Such a great feeling isn't it? I remember dropping from a size 24/26 to an 18 and then down into a 12. I cried when I hit size 8 and my husband (who met me at the heaviest I'd ever been, 243lbs) stood right there and told me how proud he was of me at any weight!

    Yeah, it's sure awesome when your goal weight is so close!!! I still have about 30 to go. :)

    You look great and you're definitely an inspiration to all!
