Carb:Fat:Protein ratios
I've chosen to do a carb/fat/protein ratio of 45%C : 30%F : 25%P and yet I'm still having trouble getting to 25% protein every day (actually, ANY day.) Anyone plateau on 1200 calories?
I'm just curious if anyone that is doing 1200 calories has plateaued? I have lost 50 lbs. Thankfully, I haven't plateaued yet.
