Hi there Color Runners! Welcome to The Color Run - Saint Louis MFP group!

The Color Run™ event is all about a color crazy day with friends and family. You can run, walk, crawl, or cartwheel if you wish! I hope everyone is doing well and wish you all the best in your preparation for the event.

    My name is Matt. My wife and I will be participating in The Color Run for the first time this year as well! It looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. We also hope to participate in some of the other runs in the Saint Louis area this year while working on our weight loss goals. It's nice to meet you.
