are you all planning on doing this 30 days straight or gonna take breaks in between? i'm contemplating taking a day off after every 5 days.

I May Miss a Day Here or there but I am Hoping to Do it Straight with No days Missed But I say do What Ever Works Best for yourselves

I started last week, but have only done it four times now...hoping to do it daily from here on out0

I am doing shred in the mornings and strength training in the evenings, so I am planning a 'rest day' every Monday.......0

Doing this everyday.. I did it pretty much everyday this month but I took 3 days off (not back to back) since I had done L1+L2 or the entire workout video (yes the whole hr plus..). Didn't see the need to do it the next day if I shredded for 70 minutes0
