What is the best kind of cardio for a swimsuit ready body?

It's important for a young woman in a pageant to show her commitment to health and fitness through the swimsuit portion. Plan months in advance to develop a healthy lifestyle. Personally, I run 2 miles on a track and 3 miles on a elliptical machine everyday. Secondly,I do Zumba and a sculpting class twice a week. I lift light weights every other day to keep my arms toned and a 100 situps on a daily basis. I am a college student so I walk all around campus and avoid taking the shuttle. It's a lot of work, but it keeps me alert and feeling vibrant each day.
