Thoughts?

I actually already asked Lindsey this but I'll ask everyone...So today was an unexpected rest day. I was out all day and have schoolwork to do now so I won't have time for the gym. I was thinking to do legs/arms/abs/cardio tomorrow (combining day 31 with day 32) all in the morning so I won't fall behind. OR I could do legs tomm. and continue with the program and use Sunday (which is my original rest day) for legs. The only thing with that is that I will have to keep going with the program Monday without stopping until Sunday again. Thoughts??

    nmalek.. I have done both and it sucks!! Doing 2 workouts in the same setting is exhausting, which may cost you to have loose/lazy form with the weight sets and your form. If you have the time, I would suggest you give your body at least 8hrs to re cooperate and do one routine in the AM and then another in the PM. You may have to skip cardio that day as well if you are in Phase 2 and up. Hope that helps. Some weeks, you just have to adjust and be creative with your routines. Be sure you get your rest in though.

    I think Nik has a good idea OR do one of your options which is work out on Sunday and then start back up Monday. Do what feels best for your body! You don't want to exhaust yourself!
