  • Sooooooo happy did 62 minute run/jog 4.25 miles. Longest run ever. Trying to go for 5 miles next month. I feel great!

    30 day shred level 3 day 4 for 27 minutes and 2 miles walking for 31 minutes. Total of 58 minutes of sweat today :smile:

    Today was an exciting day for me. This morning my Neurosurgeon said he feels my CSF leak from surgery is healed, and I'm officially okay to do whatever type of exercise I like again! I can start doing weight training again! WooHoo! So although it wasn't weight training, I went and took a tough class at the gym tonight for 45 minutes! It was POURING rain... and we were under a tornado warning, but I didn't care! I was going to get there since I have been waiting for this for almost 5 months! I made it through the class and will be going back again! I hope I never take the ability to work out for granted again!

    5433 steps for 2:25 miles
    10 minutes stationary bike
    15 minutes weights
    3 minutes running on the spot

    WOW !! All of you guys did awesome !!!
    I worked the double shift yesterday .. no exercise .. but ate pretty good besides the cupcake .. LOL !

    My knee is still really bad .. But i'm going to try later today (thurs)
