These are apps you can download on your phone to track your Ww points.

Tracking can become a hassle but i promise you if you do it you will see its a piece of cake.

1. log in your food to mfp
2. retrieve your macros c,f,f,p for new points or f,f,c for old points.
3. take your numbers and use the calculator here is a link. http://www.calculatorcat.com/free_calculators/weight_watchers_calculator.phtml.
4 You do this with every meal since we eat six times a day it shouldn't seem tedious.

this is even easier, you can track in MFP and show the new points plus points as well. Go to: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/122949, download the script. Edit the script on lines 10 and 11: change "false" to "true". Save it. Then open your chrome preferences and drag it to your extensions window. If have other browsers, you can just install it from that URL.

I haven't tried this on my android, but can you use your browser for MFP instead of the app to see the points plus values?

Hi Tizzz! So, I originally was trying grease monkey but it's harder to deal with. If you go to userscripts.org, search for weight watchers, you will find the user script for the WW points plus. Are you on a mac or PC? You will need to edit the script to change both values from false to true on lines 10 and 11. Once you edit it, save it. Then if in chrome, you can just drag that script (called 122949.user.js) from your download folder into your extensions screen in chrome. WaLa, it's there and installed. Not sure about firefox, I think you can just go to your extensions in firefox and install it from your downloads folder straight away.

Which one of these apps do you think works the best for an Android ? I already have MFP on my Android, Are these Free Apps ?

Sorry, I am wrong. If you leave the parameter on line 10: var pointsPlus=false; it will track the old WW points. I can email it to you if you'd rather on MFP Tizzz?

This is interesting today. So far today, I've tracked 28 points on WW and have 704 calories remaining on MFP (both includes my exercise points/calories). That's the first time I've seen such a difference and mainly has to do with what I've eaten but MFP give me more food to eat today whereas I'll dig deeper into my weekly allowance points on WW. Very interesting to compare the two. I guess in 3 months, I'll know for sure which I like best for me. Today it's MFP cuz I can have some chocolate :)

Im in the same boat as you, it seems MFP will always have alot more calories left then you have points I am guessing unless we eat Flex points. Are you also going by the wendi plan where you change points everyday or do you stay at the same points every day ?

I am using the new points plus, so same points every day plus I do use activity points (and using the weeklies now too since this week has been hard w/holidays). I just didn't expect 1200 plus my exercise to ever be more than what WW gives me :)

Cant add it to my PC but I use android.
EDIT: I just spent an hour and a half trying to get my computer to put the app on Firefox and it worked at the end but never showed me my points even rearranging and it wouldn't allow me to edit them either..I think my android application is better and more mobile but for those who don't have either option I would order a calculator online from Amazon.

Help! I've downloaded the script, but it won't let me edit it. I get an error. I'm using Chrome on a PC.

You're trying to edit the file code?

You have to find the location where the file is saved and open it from there.

I have seen this points plus userscript before but the problem with it is that the rouding off is wrong. I contacted the developer to fix it but he was reluctant.

I then went about ediing the userscript code myself and added the Flex/Momentum formula with the correct round off method used by Weight Watchers and it worked perfectly. I don't use PointsPlus so that's why I never fixed it for PointsPlus. Unfortunately PointsPlus didn't work for me.

Ok, I pulled it into Notepad and edited it there. I changed both files lines to = True. The points aren't perfect in MFP, i.e., one roma tomato is 1 point, and it should be 0. Things like that. Have to do some tweeking. I'll play with it for a few more days and see if it's worth cancelling my online WW subscription.

It doesn't have the logic for 0 fruits and veggies, it counts everything. That's a WW thin :)

Yeah, I can subtract it at the end of the day.

Make sure to test different foods with different points values. Is the script rounding off the points incorrectly?

Actually, it was just brought to my attention that if you use the MFP food entries and not the ones that someone has entered, it is 99.9% accurate when it comes to the points. I changed my veggies and also my cheese stick to an MFP entry and it was Point perfect!

I have an 2002 calculator for the old points system, the MFP so far is 99% perfect.

Thanks! I'll have to check it out. I know when I tried to use this script in the past he was reluctant to fix that .5 issues on the points. Hopefully he fixed it!

Change line 11 to true to fix the 0.5 issue. Works like a charm.

Is that only for PointsPlus that it rounds off? I kept the one line false as I didn't want to enable PointsPlus. I want to use Old Points.

The version that I have though which I modified myself for the rounding is working fine. I just want to make the script available for everyone in the same way...Old Points and PointsPlus which PointsPlus seems that it works.

The parameter on line 10 defines points plus or old points plan.

I have been on MFP a while but I just started the new WW 360,.. is there a place on your MFP food tracker to put points?
to track them just on this site, not going to another
I have calculater etc. just wanna know if points are even on MFP??
