Alright Ladies.... Let's push ourselves this week. We can do this!!!
Mon: 50 Pelvic Tilts
Tues: 25 Lunges
Wed: 50 Deadlifts (any version)
Thur: Upper Body (at least 20 mins.)
Fri: Lower Body (at least 20 mins.)
Sat: Any NEW workout...any one you've never done before (50 pts.)
Sun: Weigh in (50 pts.)......Happy Birthday to me!!!
***Unless specified, each completed challenge is worth 25 points. Also, you will get an extra 15 pts. for each day you post your Turbo Fire workouts.
