Finally something I can relate to

Hey ladies,

I just joined the group because I was looking all over the place for a group of sistas. I really do welcome all races on my page but I always feel like I can always relate myself more with black women due to our body types and cultures.

I started the 3rd of January and I've been doing great with exercise and eating right.

I'm now 194.6 and my goal weight is to be between 140-150 lbs. I'm currently on Day 6 of the 30 day shred + I do booty/waist exercises.

I'll share my measurements with you guys and if you want, feel free to add me for support/motivation. In all honesty, we can do anything we put our minds to. Fall down 7x, get up the 8x !

Btw, I'm 19 yrs old going on 20. Maybe by March i'll be 180 lbs.

    Hey Sista...my goal weight is 160 starting weight is 220...current weight 210! My goal is to be out of the 200's by March (I don't care if it is 199) and by July my goal is 180...we can do this! Let's stay motivated!
