Oh man..I have NO control.... I have done so very well for over 9 months....but the last couple of days have been horrible! i just cant' stop eating....everything! I know the holidays are hard and all...but this is unreal. The the point of gaining 5.3 lbs in the last couple of days! So depressing!!! Makes me want to give it all up and eat away in a dark cave......
