Group, I have started the thread to record your weight loss/gain...stay the same (just rhymed) for Week 5. When you weigh in between these dates (1/30 - 2/5)...please record your loss or gain in this thread.

somehow my phone wasnt sending through all of my post when i was putting them up so i wound up on exile island so this week i made sure i came on the computer to recored my results so that it wont happen again!
