Best Insanity Workout Ever

Just finished Week 12, day 3 Plyometic Cardio. Best workout ever! I started out feeling pretty weak too. My tummy is a little queasy and I almost didn't work out. But I started and somehow I had strength and speed that I haven't had before. The only thing I did differently is that I concentrated on form rather than time (especially on ski abs). I truly, completely, 100% HATE level 1 drills but I did what I could (which wasn't much but was more than before).

I am awesome! I can do this!
