I hope you are feeling better. Last week was a difficult week for me with the cravings and mood swings it made it hard for me to focus but I was still able to lose 1 lb. I'm planning to stop taking Ortho-Lo sometime in the future because I know my weight lose would be better if I didn't have to deal with the pop-on pop-off side effects.
The good thing is I met one of my V-Day goals, so now I'm hoping I can lose 5 more lbs before Valentine's Day.
I hope everyone else has a good week0 -
I accomplished my goal of 210 for this challenge from 225! I want to update my goal to 205 for the end of this challenge so I keep working hard. I am handling food pretty well and go over only about once a week by a little. I try to plan ahead if I know I am going out with friends and throw in a good work out so I don't have to deprive myself! It seems to be working well for me. The best thing is I am feeling good and my clothes are so much looser!0

That is so great to hear... Good for you and keep up your amazing work girl!0 -
Im doing ok, iv been plodding along with my work outs, trying to put the blinkers on any negativity and press play every day.
My weight is not changing very much at all. iv lost 2kg in the beginning , some of which will be water no doubt, i have lost on the inches though.
Starting waist was 33.5inches. Im now 31.5inches. there is too much room for errors when measuring in my opinion though so i take these with a pinch of salt, its good to have some victories and it keeps me motivated but i know what my long term goal is so its not going to affect how hard i try to get there.
Hope your feeling better soon.0 -
So I weighed in this morning and I've gained 3.25 lbs. wtf.
I know there could be a million reasons behind it so I might just weigh in again tomorrow and see what happens.

I hate when I get a surprise like that on the scale... Keep your head up ... I was like that a couple weeks ago and it drove me crazy.
Good positive throught tho0 -
Okay week 4 showed to be ok... I thought I was going to stay the same but to my surprise I was down this morning.. Here it goes
SW 261.4
W1 260.0
W2 263.8
W3 255.8
W4 254.0
Lost 1.8 this week and about 7.4 this whole challenge.. Not as much as I hoped but we still got two more weeks till VDAY
Have a great weekend everyone0 -
OMG...I was really good his week and didn't lose but .6. I guess I should count any step in the right direction as a victory , but I was really expecting more. Some how I don't think I was eating enough and maybe that slowed my metabolism, idk.
Start 187
W4 181.6
Loss so far 5.4
Challenge Goal 180
UG 1400 -
Starting Challenge weight: 197.2
Last Week: 193
This Week: 190.2
This Weeks Loss: -2.8
Total Challenge Loss: -7
Almost out of the 190s!0 -
I'm up one pound from last week. Not sure if that was a weird reading last week or water weight or what. This was my weight yesterday, because I actually forgot this morning, lol.
Starting weight: 190
Last week's weight; 186.2
Week 4 weigh in: 187.2
It's alright, though. I've kinda stopped caring what the scale says, and I'm focusing on the fact that yesterday I wore an entire outfit- shirt, jeans, and jacket- that were all too tight on me a couple of months ago. Because of that, and the fact that I've met my personal goal of 4000 calories burned every week since Christmas, I'm extremely proud of myself, and I know I'll be able to keep this up until I do reach my goal body fat % (which is more important to me now- I want muscle!).
I hope everyone has a fantastic week!0 -
This week was 229.8, but includes some socialising, so I'll have to try hard to get back0

Sorry last update was short, was kinda busy this week. I've updated the spreadsheet with the weights posted here and made a couple more enhancements so that people can track their totals (and % of starting weight lost during the challenge), the total group weight loss and the participation levels per week...as you might have guessed from the eerie silences, there has been a drop off in activity.
Personally I was down 1.8lb over the week, but I was disappointed because at one stage I had been down a further 1.6lb, but then life happened and so did the pub...by the time I posted in the thread I'd even gained a further .6lb or so, but I have been and will continue to work hard this week so it and more will have disappeared by next weeks weigh in.
Hope you're feeling better Melissa!0 -
