Holy Hour

I just got home from Holy Hour / Adoration. I haven't been in YEARS. I felt a mantle of peace settle over me as soon as I entered the Church and even now at home it is with me.

Now, I'm asking myself, why have I been denying myself this opportunity to sit in Jesus' presence for so long?

    I love adoration, its such a peaceful time. You are lucky as many places don't have it. We have it weekly on Mondays, so i try to go at least twice a month, more if possible.

    I agree. Adoration always gives me a wonderful sense of peace.

    We have adoration on the first Saturday of the month.

    I have my weekly hour at 7 am on Mondays. Being signed up gives me the discipline to go. I love those early morning meetings with Jesus, before the family is up and the day has begun.

    I go to benediction almost every Wednesday but rarely go to our once a month adoration. After reading your post the other day, I went to adoration today. Why have I not been doing that!! Thanks for reminding me about the feeling of peace that I knew I would feel!
